The backpack was less roomy than I need. I like the handles that allow different carry positions but it did not expand to a size that I wanted for my personal item to go along with my airline carryon. I also wanted the feature that allows you to slide the pack onto the carryon luggage handle. If this bag was a bit bigger and roomier and had the cut thru slide on feature I would have rated 5 stars

The clasp broke and wouldn’t stay closed the Second day I used it! I had to catch the bag to save the computer from crashing to the floor.

I like the style of the bag, but overall it's a poor quality backpack. The zippers often get stuck and just aren't good. The clasps (pictured) continue to pop open and then the straps would just fall. It's quite inconvenient for the straps of a backpack not to work! Additionally, the lining of the backpack (pictured) has started to tear. Due to these reason, I don't recommend purchasing this bag.

It broke so easily. Other than that It’s a pretty fashionable bag. Really light and comfortable to use. But as I said, the only thing is that mine broke really easily from where you connect the straps.

Didn’t last. Zippers broke

The overall shopping experience was 5/5. Only the fact that the straps won't stay where I put them is why I gave the bag itself a 4/5 stars.

Quality was poor strap is not well constructed and one side of the product I received was in fact broken. Overall gives a cheaper bag feel than something that will stand the test of time

When I opened the box the zipper was opened the wrong way and one of the shoulder clips was bent open enough that it will not close tightly

The bag strap is terrible. But happy with the rest of the bag
