I love this headset for a number of reasons:1. The hook that goes around your ear is sturdy, but narrow enough to be extremely comfortable while wearing eyeglasses. It fits so well around my ear that I never have to worry about it falling off. The headset stays on even while jogging.2. The sound quality is excellent when talking on the phone with this headset. I asked several people I talked to via headset what they thought about the sound quality—the “can you hear me now” routine. They all said the sound quality was great and said they wouldn’t have known I was on a headset if I hadn’t said so.3. Standby and talk time is longer than the previous Bluetooth headset I owned.4. Charging is fast and easy.5. Pairing with my iPhone is lightning fast.6. The deep blue color is gorgeous!

This thing works great! It has a nice range. I set my phone down by accident and walked around the house and never noticed. The noise cancellation is also good BUT you cannot obstruct it or it can't hear the ambiant sound to cancel it. So if you're tempted to cover it up with a hat or something, don't, it needs to hear the surrounding sounds. I used it for several hours on hold with customer support and it never died. It's nice and small too. When I got it I thought it was going to be as big as the ones you see the receptionist wearing at an office but this unit is about half that size making it light and the ear piece with that ear loop thingy makes it pretty sturdy and comfortable enough to keep in for a long time without hurting my ear... About the only thing I can complain about was the Bluetooth name. It as something like "A12", I haven't the foggyest why.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!Since I got this piece of garbage headset two days ago, it has gone on mute twice with no way to unmute, even when you press the mute/unmute on the headset and the mute/unmute function on your phone screen.The first time I was on the phone with my biggest customer, and he thought I had hung up on him.The second time I had waited on hold with the United States Postal Service for 30 minutes, and when the customer service rep finally got on the phone, she all of a sudden couldn’t hear me anymore. I tried everything I could. I pressed every button, even on my phone, and I even turned the headset off!!! Nothing would work. So she hung up, and I had to call back and start all over again.If that sounds like a product you would like to be part of your life, then go right ahead.

I don't know if the problem I'm having is the battery or what. The font/writing on the instructions require a microscope to read it. I went to get some instruction online where my virus/malware protection is the strongest to register it and read the instructions. My very good computer protection detected their site was suspicious, likely to contain malware. So if that contains malware will they listen in when I'm on the phone doing business? I don't know. To sign up for the warranty, you have to go to this site that likely contains malware. Look up any product before you purchase it.

So far so good. It is comfortable while wearing glasses. I have had no complaints on the receiver's side of a phone call. It is loud. The only complaint I have is that my media is intermittent. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This is a concern since I use Google maps quite a bit.The battery life is ok. I have an LG HBS 910 that has better battery life.

This Bluetooth headset is perfect!!!! Just what I’ve been looking for with a separate mute button with voice confirmation. It also past the clear microphone test when talking to my wife who is very critical about headset conversations. I only have one suggestion. Colors? Black and silver? At this price, I would buy both colors as a backup or use with a different computer.Thanks so much for this device.

This thing was a beast, I dropped it dozens of times in the snow, broke the casing, was using wire as a hanger at a point and it still worked. Finally died after a year of HEAVY abuse and always had great outgoing and incoming audio.

I've had the earpiece about 2months now and use it daily. Sound is clear, pairing was easy. I usually go 2 to 3 days before recharging and I probably use it about 2 to 3 hours each day. Noise cancelling, so people on the other end don't hear everything in the background. Its lightweight, doesn't fall off the ear, and is comfortable to wear for the amount of time I use it. Happy with purchase and would buy again.
