Simplex Floors Floor Refresher is residue-free. It comes in a very easy-to-use white plastic spray bottle. The bottle contains 34 ounces of cleaner/refresher. It's made for laminate/plank/vinyl/PVC flooring. It is supposed to be safe for pets.The directions say to sweep floor, spray the refresher on the floor, and then mop. This serves as a cleanser as well as a refresher. It's a little odd to use; you'll have to bend over and spray and then mop. That's doable, but it's the first time I've used a spray floor cleaner in that way.It has very little scent and no annoying odor. It does give a little shine to laminate flooring. It seems like a great product to use regularly to keep flooring in good condition.

I’m not sure what kind of floors are in my basement, but I assume that it’s some kind of pvc flooring that has a texture to it. The flooring was there when we purchased our house. It isn’t exactly shiny, but I’d say that it’s closer to shinny than not. I thought the floor looked pretty clean and as good as it could look but I liked the idea of putting something on the floor that was a protectant because I don’t want to replace the floors in the future if I don’t just absolutely have to. When I saw this product, I decided to give it a try, but I really didn’t think that it would make much difference in the look. I stand corrected. I tried this on an area and stood back to see if I could tell a difference and I actually could. The portion that I had applied this product to looked newer than the section that I had not. When down on the floor, when I smoothed my hand across the two areas, I could tell a difference in too. The treated area felt smoother and also cleaner. Both areas were clean when I started, I wasn’t comparing clean to not clean. The only difference was this product. I’m pretty impressed. The smell isn’t strong, chemical or off-putting, in fact it’s barely noticeable unless you open the bottle to smell or smell the applicator cloth. For me, the price is high for the amount that you get but if you are looking for something that can make a difference this product absolutely did for me. I don’t think this will be a regular purchase for me, but I will definitely use this on my floors again, just not really often considering the price.

This is easy to use. It actually did give a clean and uplifted look to my floor. It really does not smell, which I appreciate.

The floor refresher does a pretty good job of shining my laminated artificial wood floors. However, since it's a liquid-based cleaner, I would recommend vacuuming the dirt and dust off your floor first before applying this and mopping up. Otherwise, you'll end up with wet particles on the floor that you'll have to clean up later.It's good at getting rid of water spots. After a quick run-through with my Swiffer and this floor refresher, my floors were nice and shiny, and my water spills were gone. It is good on non-water stains too, but I had to use a bit more cleaner and effort.

It does work at cleaning and provides a nice shine on a laminated wood floor. Can compete with the popular commercial floor cleaners that you see at grocery stores. And no, it does work like magic. You still need to do the usual pre cleaning and vacuuming of the floor and remove the usual dust, dirt and other floor debris. After that, use this, spray directly on the floor then wipe off. That easy. But I still find it a bit expensive. If this would just reduce its price a little but for the name brands, I would all go for this brand.

I tried this on a laminated floor. I had some dog footprints and gave it a try to see what the end result was. It did work removing the footprints and the surface looked clean.I then tried just a wet (water) towel on another section and the result and look was the same. I could not see nor notice any difference between the section cleaned using this product with the one cleaned using plain water.

This is a good brand and I have used them before and got great results. This laminate floor cleaner is no exception. The laminate floor cleaner comes in a ready to use spray bottle. I simple wet my mop and spray as I go. The solution works very well and made my floors look nice. There is no leftover haze or residue. The floors require no rinsing and they don’t feel sticky after they dry. The solution can be used with a manual mop, steam mop, a washing cloth or any other way you see fit. The price is steep for a standard size bottle that is not in concentrated form. The plus is that is is an American made product that works well.

After washing my laminate tiles, I used this floor refresher, and it did a nice job! It takes away any water spots and streaks I had from washing it. It left my floor looking refreshed and it had a nice satin finish. It had a slight scent, but it didn't bother me knowing it is plant based. I will probably use this spray once every two or three months.This product is made and formulated in the USA.
