Came with a Virus
I loaded it up with the current install that was on the laptop, and it showed it had the VRUS: Win64/Expiro.DA!MTB. Microsoft shows that this virus steals your account credentials. I don't know if this was one off deal but once you get windows installed, I would check for this.

Excellent condition!
Arrived right on time and very well packaged. Looks pretty much brand new. Everything we needed was packed in the box. No issues at all. We are quite happy.

Refurbished
I saved money, although not a lot, and got a refurbished laptop. It's ok. I actually had to send the first one back as some of the keys were stuck down and they immediately sent me a new one. However this one is kinda slow. The service from this company was excellent. I think I just picked the wrong model?
