I am almost 40 had have been diagnosed with MTHFR. I added this to part of my daily supplements to try to stabilize some symptoms. I also have cut folic acid out of my diet. The two things together have helped so much. I notice a huge boost in energy when taking this supplement. I also feel like I get a more restful night of sleep when I take it. My joint pain has decreased, but I do not know how much was change of diet and how much was adding this supplement. If you are committed to dropping folic acid and cleaning up your diet, this stuff is fantastic to add. A little bit goes a long way. It tastes okay, not great but if fine for a few drops. Dropper is quality. Doesn't leak and is easy to use.

Gives me calm and clear thinking. I used to have a hard time memorizing scripts but this stuff really helps me out. I’m 51, and I had problems for years. Now, I’m doing great. One positive problem. I had one role and that was, I needed to get really angry. I couldn’t, until about the 6th time I finally did. This product really gets you calmed down. I love it. Just an F.Y.I. May take about two weeks to feel the full effect. Just remember everyone is different.

Easy to take with a great flavor! The only downside is that the dropper/ cap isn't child resistant.

I was excited for it to really work for me since I saw on social media. But this didnt give any extra benefits and used for 2months in Hope's that it would eventually. Thumbs up for those who saw benefits.
