Genuinely high quality booster pads I absolutely love
Great to use as a booster with pull-ups. Has high volume absorption. Pad is actually very long and wide, though it conforms to the narrowest part between legs, so I never find the width a problem. The material of the pad is so soft and cottony, it’s so nice and natural! I position it in my Tena Overnight pull-ups before bed. Any liquid absorbed by the pad will go straight through to the pull-up because there’s no barrier, which is really reassuring, at night or when you know you’ll be sitting for a long time. I bought these by accident on Amazon, but now I am hooked! They’re not cheap which is why I use only one or two a day. I have such serious leakage I always need a booster. The quality of these is remarkable.

A lifesaver as a booster pad
My mom became VERY incontinent due to spinal stenosis that caused nerve damage impacting her bladder signals. Initially, I discovered she was using period pads and having multiple "wardrobe changes" every day to to leaking. So we moved to actual bladder pads...that wasn't enough. The regular OTC Depends that look like women's underwear didn't cut it. I went online to seek more heavy duty options. Found some overnight briefs (pull ups) and that was moving us in the right direction, but still, she had bad breakthrough leaks. I remembered something I had used with my son when he was little and a heavy nighttime wetter...they were called "diaper doublers" and looked like a long old-fashioned sanitary pad (sans any adhesive). Then the hunt to find them for adults...and I did. She would like up three of these inside her overnight pull-up to get the coverage she needed (night and day). She did say that with that many, she sometimes had a sore crotch or felt like she was riding a pony. But...almost no more wardrobe changes...although she did have to be awakened for a change in the night to avoid wet everything. I don't know what people usually do when incontinence gets to this level. I was hard. But with these booster pads (which like I said, don't have any adhesive so they are simply added absorbancy inside a brief), it saved us money. The booster pads are less expensive than the briefs. And often, during the day, she could just pull out and change the pads that were wet and not have to change the brief. That many brief changes in a day (which requires removal of pants...or a wardrobe change...on someone with a leg brace and always shoes that would also have to come off), was a time saver as well. If you have any questions or I wasn't clear, let me know.

Needs adhesive strip
My mom was put on medication that increased her urine output. Every morning her diaper was disintegrating from the liquid, the puppy pads, bed pad and bed sheet were soaked through. Happily, this booster pad took care of the excess liquid. It is highly absorbent and my mom wakes up in a dry bed. These were the first booster pads we used and I thought the lack of an adhesive strip wouldn’t be be a problem, but it is. The booster pad moves around while putting the diaper on and while the person sleeps. It’s also more difficult than I thought to put on the diaper with a loose booster pad. I’m really impressed with this pad’s absorbency but will only use ones with adhesive from now on.

Helps to make you feel confident.
These boost pads make longer outings possible. Makes for extra protection. Stops leaks and works well. These pads are easy to use and a great value. They are very comfortable.

Hard to use in pullups. No tape.
While these are quite large and absorbent they are difficult to place and adjust in a pullup because there is not tape to keep in place like other booster pads.I think it would work quite well for a caregiver who changes a person using diapers with tabs so the booster can just be place where it is needed and then the diaper secured.

Works great!
Used for my hubby who has dementia and has to wear incontinence pants all the time. I was having to change sheets daily, but with these, he can go all night without leaking. Price is also great compared to other brands. Thank you Abena.

A game changer!
These are a game changer is caring for my incontinent Uncle! This is the only product I could find that does not have a plastic backing or tape which defeats the purpose of why you are using it. The urine flows thru it to the diaper and it also fills up with urine. The other products don't work efficiently because the urine stops with them ( because of plastic back) and so the diaper doesn't really get used like it should. Also it's quite large and fills the whole brief we use fromtop to bottom. And boy does it hold the urine! I hope I'm explaining this so you understand. I wish they weren't so costly but saves me from so much laundry because we don't get as much leakage with this added into the diaper. So for me it's worth every penny!!

Terrible! Waste of money!
Terrible! They have no adhesive strip and they fall out of the underwear!
