Great Bread Box with Just a Few Small Drawbacks The LOHASOK Bread Box for Kitchen Countertop is a stylish and functional addition to my kitchen. It has a classic design that looks great on the counter and fits a good amount of bread including artisan loaves and buns without taking up too much space. The construction feels solid and durable, and the ventilation holes help keep baked goods fresher longer. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lid doesn’t always stay fully snug, which can let a bit more air in than I’d like. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s worth noting if you prefer a super tight seal. Overall, a really nice bread box that looks good and does its job well! 🍞✨

Nice bread box. Keeps the counter from looking sloppy. The diameter is fairly deep to put a loaf of bread and hot dog or sub rolls in. I like the top shelf so i can put stuff on top of it too. I did paint the knob with gold to match my other kitchen handles.

I’m obsessed with this bread box! It looks so elegant on my countertop and gives my kitchen that modern farmhouse vibe. It holds a lot more bread than I expected and keeps everything organized and fresh. Sturdy, practical, and absolutely worth it!

This senior woman was able to put the box together, which means anyone could do it. I like that it comes with a mini-screwdriver and the directions were adequate to the task. The holes were pre-bored and lined up correctly. However, one side was not quite flush to the other, allowing a small space for air to flow. The color was a little lighter than pictured, but still looks nice and the front door opens and closes well. It can fit two loaves of bread, so we are using it for bread and opened snacks. I like that the top is flat and has a ledge so we have increased counterspace.

Just got it yesterday, but it was a pleasure to assemble. Everything fit so well together - I went back to each screw multiple times to tighten; if you fully tighten a single screw too early, all the pieces will not be working together; whereas if you do it after every stage, the breadbox holds together extremely firmly. All the hardware and pieces were clearly labeled and the kit comes with its own tool: a screwdriver with a solid grip and magnetic tip - we'll keep using that one around the house. The box looks good and is the right size for our needs (2 flat'ish bakery loaves) with room to spare. Unlike one of the reviews here, our did come with the ledges on top, so in a way, we are not losing counter space. I just moved my decorative teabox and kitchen scale to the sit on top of the box - that 'tray' effect from those ledges makes this stacking storage method look less cluttered and messy. The only area I could see becoming problematic is that the door is secured by very short screws. It will likely be fine though. We are very happy with the purchase.

Ridiculously overpriced for the quality

I was really looking forward to this bread box, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. The bamboo is extremely thin and fragile — it cracked during gentle assembly, as shown in the photos. The overall quality feels cheap and weak. The design is also poorly thought out. The door is smaller than the frame, leaving a visible gap on one side. This isn’t for ventilation — it’s just a bad fit, and it makes the box look uneven and allows too much air in. To make things worse, the item I received doesn’t even match the photos on the product page. The front looks totally different from what was advertised. It might look okay from a distance, but it’s not sturdy, well‑made, or true to the listing. For the price, this is really disappointing. I do not recommend this product — the quality, design, and accuracy of the listing all fall short.
