For the price this is a pretty nice MP3 player.
I gave this five stars although if there was a choice of 4 1/2 stars I would have you used that. First, It takes a longer time than I would like to start up. And then you have to kind of let it settle in for things to work quicker. But once that's done everything works great. Using the pre-installed Hiby MP3 app, I couldn't get my wireless earbuds to work properly. They connected with Bluetooth no problem, but they wouldn't pause the songs and I couldn't go forward to the next song or backward to the song before; all standard controls on my earbuds. So I replaced the Hiby app with one called "Music Player & MP3 - DDmusic" and now everything worked perfectly, I had full control of my wireless earbuds. This is now my go-to DAP for just working around the house or tinkering or biking workouts, pretty much anything. For $75 I believe this is totally worth the money, so far... I'll update this review if I have any issues down the road.

Stopped working
This worked great for a month, although it never connected to Bluetooth. Now that the return window has closed, it won't turn on.

Easy to use and playback sounds great but the battery life is about 1/5 of what's promised.
I've only had mine for a few days but so far my thoughts on it are very positive with one exception: battery life (more on that in a bit).I had a memory card loaded with my music library and put it in before I even turned the player on. All it took to get my music playing was to tell the installed app where to look for my files and wait a few minutes for it to load a very large library (every digital fileand CD I've purchased since 1991). I was impressed that it recognized them so fast. The app I had been using on my phone took a day and a half to add all of them.I was also able to start adding the Audible books I'm listening to with no problem.I like the size of the player. The four inch touch screen is the perfect size, even for my big hands. I have no trouble navigating to whatever music I want. The fact that it shipped with a screen protector installed, a spare, and a silicone case is a plus.I haven't hooked a wired headset to it yet so I can't speak to the quality there, but the Bluetooth has mostly worked without flaw. I went in a store with the player in my pants pocket and had the Bluetooth connection start dropping more packets than were making it to the headphones. The problem cleared up as soon as I took the player out of my pocket. I regularly used these headphones with my phone and the player I am retiring and have never had this happen, even when outside. Also, the sound often gets scratchy when I adjust the volume but immediately clears up once it is set.Now for the reason I only gave it four stars: Battery life. 50 hours playback of music? After the first full charge I got 10 before it was down to a 5%. I used it about 4 or 5 hours yesterday and was at 50% of a charge when I got home. I'm not watching any video or streaming any music and have the screen set to turn off after 30 seconds. Stored music files and downloaded audiobooks are all I have done with it. I haven't hooked it to my computer to transfer files since the first day and it was fully charged before either of the instances I gave. One note about the battery that anyone needs know when they purchase this player. Don't use a powerful charger on this player. According to the manual the battery will be damaged if you use a charger that puts out more than 1 amp. It takes a 1 amp charger about four hours to charge it from 5% to 100%.I'll update my review once I have connected my wired headphones (they are studio grade and need a separate amp to keep them from draining a battery quickly). If you can be satisfied with the significantly shorter than promised battery life this player is worth trying. It's easy to use and fits anywhere an iPod or similarly sized player would go.

Great little android device.
It's a little on the slow side, but works great for what I need it for. Great mp3 player. Also runs other Android apps.

If you're allowed to get a phone, then get a phone off ebay for a low price, like 100$ for a s21u.
The mp3 player is good, its basically a phone without a sim card, no service or number, so its good for your kid if they arent old enough to get a phone, this is like the first step towards being able to get one, the touch screen can sometimes be a little slow but that should be expected from a 50$ phone its battery life kind of depends on how your doing so its said to be 3 hours without battery saver and with id say like 5 but it really depends on how much stuff your doing, its android 13 and acts like a phone just small, the typing is hard since you have a smaller screen, but it functions not that bad and the durability is alright but i wouldn't throw it off a building, it isnt a nokia.

Loved it, then…….
Was really liking this mp3 player. Then, l was listening to a podcast, it started to scramble and died. Tried charging it and nothing. I was liking it a lot, but unfortunately l did not have a good time with it. I am not telling not to buy it, but l would not recommend it to you. Side note: Hulu, Disney + don’t work, but other streaming apps do. If this helps.
