These tablets are great because they are so compact that you can keep them in your bag so they're around whenever you need extra hydration. I ordered the lemon lime because they don't have caffeine, the other flavor does. You just drop one in your water and they fizz and dissolve pretty quickly. The label says to use one tablet in 4 oz. of water but I put one in a tall glass and it was good, the flavor was mild. It has that standard electrolyte drink taste, if you use this type of product you know what I mean. I enjoy the tablet form of these because they are easy to store and easy to use, you don't need to stir them. I will order these again.
