I am beyond impressed with my results. I'm 53 and in peri -menopause and have been having trouble losing the extra weight that comes with this stage of life, especially when combined with my sedentary job. I've tried a lot of stuff, menopause supplements included. While othwrs seemed to have luck with ither products for weight-loss they weren't doing anything for me.Recently I stated to gain *more* weight very suddenly. Because there is a history of type 2 diabetes in my family this was very concerning. Did I mention I'm a needle-phobe? I read the reviews here and decoded to give this a shot. 5 days later Im down 8 pounds. I know some of this must be water weight but I'm not eliminating water waste much more often than normal so :::shrugs:::This stuff is so inexpensive that if you're struggling with weight-loss I would say its definitely worth trying. Absolutely no weird side effects; no diarrhea, headaches or upset tummy, etc. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes! I already have recommended it to several friends.

It's just something I recently started to get and I believe it does what it says and is good for me I get no side effects from it at all.

Love this brand but the bottle ( plastic) arrived with the top popped open ( inside a plastic bag that was split open), the contents were sealed with a styrofoam cap inside so unsure HOW all this powder escaped, Inside the pills had a lot of powder all over the inside of jar- not expired though! Needs a cotton ball cushion or smaller jar as this one is designed for 100-150 pills and only contained 50 pills for @ $8.00
