Great Product
My 5 year old son loves the taste, and it gently helps him get to sleep. I’ve noticed he tosses and turns less as well, and he wakes up in a better mood.

Effective sleep gummies!
I did like that my kids liked the taste of these gummies, and had no hesitation taking them. They took about 20-30mins to be effective. I also like that they contain non-habit forming melatonin and natural ingredients like valerian root, chamomile, and lemon balm. However, they do contain sugar and I would prefer they were sugar-free. Still an effective product!

I got this to help my kids with jet lag. Ended up using it for myself. They help you calm down and fall asleep. No side effects the morning after! Love the taste.

Worked for our young one
We have a toddler who can get pretty rowdy when it's bedtime. These taste great and are very effect at getting her to sleep but she wasn't groggy in the morning, which is the best part.

These did nothing to help my kids fall asleep, unfortunately - turns out they only contain .2mg of melatonin whereas most kids melatonin gummies are 1mg! at 1/5th of the typical dose, I'm not surprised they didn't work. They also contain a LOT of sugar for a sleep gummy. I'm not impressed.

good flavor and texture.
These melatonin gummies taste great. They have a good texture, very soft to chew. i like that they are vegan and do not contain gelatin. The low dose of melatonin is just enough to help me get to sleep without leaving me groggy in the morning.When i first opened the container i thought that they smelled horrible. i think it's from the valerian root that is in them. Thankfully they do not taste like they smelled. They really do taste good. My only small complaint is that they are a little greasy and leave oily residue on your hands.These work well for me and had zero side affects. Price is average compared to similar products.
