This is a great shredded phyllo dough, especially for those looking to make Dubai chocolate or other delicate pastries. Perfect for making homemade Dubai Pistachio chocolate bars. Shredded fine and leaves a great crunch. I toast it in butter before adding the Pistachio cream. Box is a little smaller than some others but makes at least 16 bars.

This shredded kadayif is excellent quality and perfect for traditional desserts like baklava or kunafa. The strands are fresh, finely shredded, and easy to work with. The packaging is sturdy, and the product arrived in great condition. I appreciate that it comes in a generous 500g size, which is more than enough for multiple recipes.At $12.99, I think it’s reasonably priced for the quality and quantity, especially since it can be hard to find this type of dough in stores. Definitely worth it for anyone who loves making authentic Middle Eastern or Turkish desserts at home!

This has lots of the pastry. But not enough chocolate, thought the chocolate was good. And I also add tahini which was not in the kit. These were quality ingredients. Just in strange quantities.
