With an exacto blade and creative snapping, these were easy to cut to the size I needed. They're made out of a lightweight solid plastic. I like that they are reversible, you could do a pattern if you wanted to. Perfect for my 1:12 scale dollhouse

Not made for 1/8th scale models
I had hoped it would be small enough for my 1/8th model for architecture, however it was way too big. Even for my 1/4th model it was pretty big. Since it's double sided I can pass it off for my 1/4th model. It glues very easily. It is easy to cut as well since it's just basswood inside.
