Works Great!
Works as described. Was told these eggs were infertile but “for fun” we put a dozen in the incubator. And approximately 21 days later we had two chicks hatch! They were joined by another one two days after that. They are thriving. Easy to use and set up.

Incubator info
Economically and efficient incubator for small hatching but I would beware for when chicks are about to hatch keep an eye out and maybe put the hatchlings eggs in a small vegetable net 3-2 prior to hatching because once hatching their little legs will get caught in the rotating floor. I had my first chick get its leg caught but got there in time to help. This comment is only to prevent this from happening to others, this comment is not to bring negative views to the incubator!!! Hope this helps happy hatching.

Great bang for your buck
The media could not be loaded. So far so good! I’ve had this for a little over a week now, I have a few quail eggs in it. The rotator is great, was afraid it wasn’t working but it works, rotates every few hours. Super easy to set up.The cons: it’s hard to fluctuate the humidity level on this incubator, probably because of it being small. This does not include a hygrometer, you have to purchase that separately if you want to monitor humidity (I knew this). You add water to it and the humidity level spikes up to the 90s. Empty the water and add just a tiny tiny bit and it’ll get you around 70% still. My eggs are doing fine regardless. Next is temperature gauge; this incubator does not offer .5 of a degree so for your standard eggs you want temps to be 99.5 usually. I just set mine up to 100 and like I mentioned, everyone is doing great.Overall, highly recommend this incubator. Great price, easy set up, and the auto rotator with the clear lid is just perfect for me.

Amazing units for the cost and size
We are almost thru our first hatch and I've since bought 2 additional units for more eggs. The heat stays stabile, it is off internally from what the display shows by about a degree on 2 units, and within half a degree on the other 2. This is expected becauze of the plastic lid, keeping the strofoam packaging on the unit rectifies it almost perfectly! Humidity stays around 50-60 perfectly and it bumps up easily for lockdown and holds great! We are incubating goose eggs and critically endangered duck eggs and so far they are my preferred units! Now if only they made a larger one so I could set more than 9 goose eggs at once! 🤔

Things to be aware of!!!
There is No vents on this thing! As soon as my chicks started to hatch, they started to die, because they couldn't breath in there! Regulates the temp perfectly. Humidity is a bit over board. No hydrometer to keep up with the humidity, so you'll have to buy a separate hydrometer. I wouldn't recommend utilizing all 12 egg spaces either. I had 12 eggs to begin with, 11 of which started to hatch! But only 7 made it, due to not having vents on the incubator, but just the 7 that made it barely had enough room in there to move.

1/12 HATCHED 🤔🫤
**Title: A Bit of a Rollercoaster, but One Sweet Chick!**I was thrilled to finally get my hands on this 12-egg incubator – my first attempt at hatching chicks! Setting it up seemed straightforward, and after about 6 hours, I placed my 12 fertilized eggs inside, eagerly anticipating the adorable baby chicks to come.Initially, I was slightly concerned when I noticed the humidity dropping after just 24 hours. I raised the water bottle higher, and to my surprise, it soaked up the entire bottle! After refilling, it happened again, resulting in water all over my table. I decided to take matters into my own hands and added water manually to keep the humidity in check. Then, around day 5, I heard an unusual clicking noise. To my dismay, the automatic turner wasn't working! So, I had to remember to turn the eggs manually while still monitoring the water levels.Despite the hiccups, I’m overjoyed to report that one brave little chick hatched! This experience has taught me a lot about hatching and incubators, even if it wasn’t perfect. As for returning it, I’m still debating that since the tiny chick made all the work worthwhile. If it weren’t for that little miracle, I might have given it only 1 star as a warning to others. However, I’ll give it 3 stars for the joy of hatching, but be prepared for some challenges when using this incubator! If you’re willing to put in the extra effort, you might find your own little bundles of joy! 🐣❤️Side note: the picture of 5 chicks is because I had to buy my little baby some friends from Tractor Supply, so it wasn't lonely.

Great product, worked well, makes chickens!
I decided to not review until after my first hatch. I had 8 out of my 12 hatch no problem. The 4 that didn’t hatch wasn’t the fault of the incubator. The turning function worked perfectly. The only “problem” is not built in humidity sensor/regulation. I used a hydrometer that I purchased for a few bucks of Amazon, and just added water as needed to keep the humidity where it needed to be. I will buy another.
