Very hard for me to take too big and a bit sticky when wet. Even if in half still hard to swallow

After a complication with an operation causing gastrointestinal issues i started suffering muscle cramps all the time, two days of taking this and I havnt had a cramp at all, tablets are large but manageable.

The tablets are huge and the edges are almost sharp so swallowing them is a pain in the neck but they definitely seem to work well and I think they are worth getting it's just a shame they are so massive.

I’ve taken these for 3 days so it’s early to tell about any results. HOWEVER the tablets are enormous and not coated so they’re extremely difficult to swallow. They are not only long but also fat and even broken in half they are not easy to get down. If I buy again I’ll look for capsules 💊 *UPDATE*- seller kindly sent capsule replacement which are perfect to take

I've been taking 2 of these about an hour before bedtime and I am sleeping much better. Nightsweats mean that I still wake up but I'm able to drift off again.

Very large tablets, not too easy to swallow, but they seem to work well.

Compro questo magnesio della Prowise da molto tempo, per mia moglie e non lo cambiamo più. Lei si trova benissimo perché, a differenza di altri tipi di magnesio che le davano fastidio, questo è leggerissimo sullo stomaco. In etichetta è spiegato che è un "bisglicinato", che dovrebbe essere una forma più facile da assorbire per il corpo, e devo dire che la differenza si sente davvero. Acquisto super consigliato!

In Australia we have a body that at least pretends to check that what is on the label is in the product so as this is from OS I don't know if it is what it says but so far seems to bvenefit me in ways I would expect. Having said that, 400mg is a huge dose unless you aren't getting much from elsewhere so beware as another comment said it damaged his Kidneys and Liver. in my case I take just a 200gm tablet at night and it helps sleep and other things. Some comments are that it keeps them awake. That might be because apparently Glycine does that to some people according to one source I have come across and indeed I also take 2 gm of Glycine per night and when I tried 4gm I woke very alert in the early hours of the morning. "natural" supplements are not without side effects or potentially serious issues although they still leave conventional Pharma meds for dead in that regard

Muy recomendable!! Para dormir es mucho mejor que el citrato de magnesio. Lo tomo unas dos horas antes de irme a dormir ,con óptimo resultado. Excelente precio y atención de Amazon.
