I've been buying this brand for years and they are always top quality so no worries about the contents.Excellent dose of K2 which contains both MK-7 and MK-4 so get a good all round supply. A serving size is 2 capsules a day, so as there are only 60 capsules these will only last a month, which makes them a little high priced unfortunately.
