Setting it up with Alexa was quick — just a few clicks and everything works. Now I can control the curtains with my voice or phone, which is super convenient. Installation was simple, the brackets are secure, and the curtains look very neat. The seller was very attentive, double-checking the measurements, sending a diagram, and confirming everything was accurate. Their responsiveness and attention to detail really impressed me. The curtains fully met my expectations: high-quality, comfortable, and they look very expensive. The atmosphere in the room has become softer and cozier. Let’s start with DO NOT do a factory reset (hold 4 times) like I did unless you absolutely have to, you will have a hard time trying to get them reprogrammed and it’s very tedious (setting your limits, setting it on different channels) The good news is heyblinds will “pre-paired the remote ready to use” FOR YOU. All you must do is wake it up per manual book. EASY TO USE- they don’t say that on the description I bought 4 blinds for my living room and only requested 1 remote . On my remote box it had said “remote 1-4” this means they PROGRAMMED IT already (I didn’t know this at the time) Each window is programmed per Channel on remote - example - (channel) 01 , 02, 03, 04… you can prompt to Channel (00) if you want all blinds to work at the same time or simply individually go to each channel (per window) Heyblinds is over seas so the communication was hard but was able to communicate through texting was fine. Monroe was super helpful and patient. I WOULD JUST ADVICE DO NOT DO FACTORY RESET(holding 4x) on none of your blinds unless you want to completely start over I am unsure why this product on Amazon says nonrefundable which will scare most ..but the manual pamphlet does say 2 year warranty on the motor.
