I'm taking the fish oil supplement for vision health as recommended by my doctor. I have been taking these supplements for several months and I have not experienced any degradation in my vision and my eyes have felt better and not as dry as they have been in the past. These are a lower cost supplement than what was recommended by my doctor but have the same ingredients at the same quantities.

Quality

Most of the time I order this it’s great. Sometimes it does seem as if they had one open and look and smell different. I keep ordering, and on the whole they make a difference in the way I feel. They are still my favorite.Edit: 12/14/24. I have again gotten a few bad ones that are stuck together and pungent in smell. Sadly switching brands. If you buy this, I highly recommend you don’t auto ship.

Before Omega 3 Fish Oil, I had what's know as a "trigger finger". My finger would lock up and be painful to bend. After only 5 days of taking Omega 3 I was able to move my finger without pain and have stayed that way. I also have arthritis and this past winter I noticed I was able to get up and move around much better, no stiff joints! I highly recommend Omega 3 for your health and joint pain, this stuff truly is a miracle in a bottle.*Beware when looking for a good Omega 3 they all are not the same! Make sure you are getting plenty of EPA and DHA. This brand, "Nutra Champs", has the highest DHA I could find, is certified, non-gmo and made in the USA!! Also I have not experienced any fishy after taste which is good. This checks all my boxes! To get the high DHA & EPA it says to take 3 daily. I take 2, 1 in AM & 1 in PM and it works great for me.**I would like to note I've also recommended this product to people at my work for trigger finder and joint aches and they all are also amazed at the results!

This product has been a life saver ! I have had back pain for years due to a bad mattress and aging..50.. so learning the curves of life! When shopping for a mattress i read a review that taking a good fish iol helped with back pain, arthritis so since im trying to eat on a Mediterranean type of diet i thought i could probly use a food supplement ro try as quality was important this seemed to fit the bill. I waited ro give a review,, since i have been taking this for a few weeks now i have noticed a great improvement with my back we also got a new mattress but i still wake up at 3 am and i can go back sleep without the aches i used to have. I know a mattress is a big deal but this is a supplement i realized read lacking in my diet that i need more of! I will continue with this brand as it has been proven to do what i wanted.
