Loved the product from JBL. It's a value for money. ANC is quite good for low noise areas. Bass is soothing to ears and sound clarity is quite impressive. Improved ergonomics and fits properly in ears. Connectivity is good within 5 mts. Also the power saving mode for the Ear buds really impressed me and overall on a single Charge the earbuds stays active for around 6 hours with ANC >ON. Buds Case material is good. Call Quality is brilliant and in low noise areas the clarity is much better in compare to busy noisy streets. Overall it's a wonderful experience with JBL.

I bought it for 3500. The sound quality is very low and not suitable for calling. If you want to buy it for the brand name, then go for it. Noise Cancellation Not working I'll giving 0 Star for noise Cancellation and one star for music. Don't West your money,

Iam simply loving my new JBL Wave Beam 2 earbuds. Till now, I was using earbuds of around Rs. 1500 and for the 1st time I have tried premium JBL earbuds. The JBL Sound quality for listening music and watching OTT movies is simply the best. I watched 2 movies back to back and it was wonderful Sound with no discomfort to my ears. I could also use the JBL App to increase Bass and other features. The call quality for this is outstanding and even in a crowded market the Noise Cancellation was good. The product looks strong, rugged and durable. I have used JBL speakers for many years and this new earbud Wave Beam 2 gives me same top quality experience of JBL.

I purchased a gift for myself this Christmas - JBL Wave Beam 2 and I must say JBL became my Santa! While reading about the earbuds functions I was surprised to find Surrounding Awareness, Talking Mode, Multiple Device connection and ANC in JBL Wave Beam 2, these functions are generally available in premium models of Bose, Apple and JBL. Great work JBL in making Superior features available for masses of India at reasonable price. I have now used it for more than 5 days. The fit is comfortable, call clarity is very good, Noise Cancellation is excellent and spotify, prime movies sounds amazing on my Wave Beam 2. Last thing – there is a function called relax mode which is truly amazing - it is a true stress buster - I used it for couple of days while sleeping and it helped me sleep better Must Try, Must Buy !!!!

Please don’t buy JBL earbuds from Amazon (my bad experience) I ordered JBL Wave 2 earbuds from Amazon, and the product I received was defective. When I contacted Amazon support, they told me that the product cannot be returned or replaced and that I need to visit the JBL service centre myself. This means I now have to waste half of my day because of a faulty product delivered to me. What made this experience worse was Amazon’s customer support. During my first call, the technical support executive asked me if she should raise a pickup request for 16 December 2025. I said yes to the pickup slot. After that, the call suddenly got disconnected. When I called Amazon again, I spoke to another executive and later to his senior, but they denied everything — no return, no replacement. I told them that Amazon must have call recordings and requested them to check the recording to confirm what was discussed earlier. Instead of checking, the senior executive spoke to me very rudely and said something like “Why should we believe you? We will not check the call recording.” One of the executives I spoke to was named Dinesh, and his behaviour was extremely unprofessional. I never expected this kind of service from Amazon India. This is my worst experience so far, and I’m sharing this here so others are aware before buying JBL earbuds, especially through Amazon.

Product is ok, too much option leads to battery drain like Ambient sound control (Annoying future), tap options. Not worth better can go other

I was so happy with JBL Tune 770ANC so assumed this one should be good too and bought it. Initially I had the same problem with low bass as other users complained but after I changed the rubber ear buds adapter which fits to me ears, problem was solved. Works great for club music, TEAMS and calls :-)

These are terrible for the price!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Sound quality and volume are both so low. If you are aiming for the noise cancelling feature, do not bother because these do not cancel anything. Matter of fact I think they amplify some background noise for some unknown reason. I was risking going deaf trying to hear my songs. I was looking for a good pair of noise cancelling earphones but these do not do the job. There are way better options out there for just a few more bucks.

Comprei o fone a uma semana e ainda não carreguei ele. A sua bateria é excelente, o áudio é ótimo para a sua faixa de preço e suas características de hardware e software para mim são ótimas. O encaixe dele na orelha, ao menos na minha, é perfeito. Não cai ou se desencaixa mantendo-se firme. A sua bateria, como já havia dito, é excelente e duradoura, pois usando a uma média de 1 a 2 horas com ANC ligado o fone ainda se mantém em 100% de carga e está assim desde o dia em que chegou. O ANC dele tem uma pequeno problema que é o de deixar passar sons agudos, como o rolar das rodas do carrinho de supermercado e a agua caindo da calha, mas nada que incomode muito e mantém a qualidade de áudio.
