I am not a big fan of protein bars or protein shakes, and being on a GLP-1 treatment plan, my dietitian wants to ensure I'm getting enough protein. She suggested protein water, and I have found these to be my favorite. These protein water drinks are a great way to get extra protein in your daily diet, and I appreciate the variety of flavors available in this variety pack. The peach mango is my favorite, but the other two are also great. They are a little too sweet for me, so I usually keep them at room temperature and then pour them over a tall glass of ice so that the ice melts and waters down the drink. Or I dilute it about 1/2 and 1/2 with water. There is a slight thickness to the liquid, which is not too noticeable for me, but again, I enjoy it more when it's watered down. I take these along on my hiking trips, and they work great to give me a boost of energy and quench my thirst. Plus, it helps give me a feeling of being full, so it satisfies my hunger for a while, which is a bonus! I usually have one 20 oz. drink per day. I find that if I have one bottle after work that it helps fill me up and I don't eat as much for dinner that evening.

Tastes great, perfect way to add protein to your diet. I add water or drink over lots of ice as it is a little thicker in consistency than water. I don’t eat great especially in the in morning so it's a perfect addition to my day. I grab one on my way out of the door in the morning and drink in my car. I am a home health nurse so I am on the go lots. I recommend it to all of my patients that need extra protein. I love that there are so many great flavors! It's a great way to add hydration. Being g hydrated can help increase your energy level. I feel it is a great quality choice in drinks. The more consistent you are with drinking it daily the better it works!

Oh yeah, This product was really amazing. This drink was so tasteful. Good way to boost protein. Flavor is ok but has an almost chalky after taste.

All of these drinks are 100% on taste!!! I’ve tried other brands and these are a subscription for us now. Great right out of the bottle no mix needed.

I felt EXTREMELY excited about this product when a friend recommended it. Like many busy people that are "trying to get in shape", I struggle with the protein gram obsession. I have tried to increase my protein in the past but find it challenging unless I am constantly eating meat and eggs. Protein shakes can help but lugging out the blender, adding various ingredients, and cleaning the blender always seems daunting to me. SO, a fruity protein drink with low sugar seemed like a fitness dream come true! I anxiously opened the Amazon box at the very moment that it was delivered. I could not wait to drink my first refreshing protein infused water after a run. I eyed the cold, beautiful bottle that rested on my treadmill as I completed a run and light weight workout. Finally, I opened the bottle and quenched my post-run thirst. The taste is honestly a mix of interesting and delicious, with only a slight aftertaste. I was ready to fall in love with this addition to my workout routine. BUT then my stomach began to get upset. DISCLAIMER: I am a delicate flower when it comes to my stomach. I get an upset stomach EASILY. I can eat the same sushi plate as my best friend, and then only I have an upset stomach after a fun Friday lunch. So, 99% percent of the population will not have a stomach problem after enjoying this inventive drink. My best friend, who recommended this beverage, adores the product and has never had a stomach issue. My review is for those other people with a delicate flower stomach: you MAY have a slightly upset tummy after drinking this product. To the 99% of people with strong/normal stomachs, I think you would really like this product after your next gym session (and I envy your robust digestion).

I really like that there is a protein water that is fruity. This one however is quite strong in the fruitiness. So I water it down a little bit, other than that the tastes are good

I REALLY like these. I expected the protein after taste, or gritty texture. These are literally like a light flavor fruit juice, so very worth the money and will be buying again!. The dragon fruit and cherry flavor are the best our of these 3 options.

I didn’t receive the flavors listed only received cherry and a blue flavor which I’ve had before and was wanting to try something different. If I didn’t like these flavors I would have sent them back so 3 stars

The product is great and flavors are great. The product is overpriced as you can find it in other places with way less price. I ordered last time two from the same item and I received totally different flavors than what I ordered for both items. If you don't have the item just tell that it ran out of stock but sending me different than what I ordered, this is not acceptable.
