Absolutely love this brand. It is the only pre workout brand that I have used for 2 years. This pre workout hit different compared to other pre workouts that I have tried in the past. Caffeine content and beta alanine (stuff that makes have that itchy feeling) levels are perfect for me. Would definitely be careful if you are new to pre workouts. Very fine powder texture that mixes great with water.

I gotta tell you that Chef Rob didn't use this quickly enough and it ended up having to be removed from the home. It expired but if I recall correctly, the taste was good and it was easy to mix. That's really all there is to say.
