Non-Vine Review—- I purchased a Dyson DC31 for $10 at a thrift store and the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Cue the Amazon search and luckily I found this bundle. It was the most reasonable of the several I looked over and it came with filters, which I also needed. After about a month it still works well, holds its charge and powers the unit perfectly. The filters are washable and reusable which is a very nice feature similar to the original. The replacement battery looks almost identical to the original and works flawlessly. I would purchase this again if the need arose.

Thrilled I could find a replacement battery. Unfortunately, the Dyson is have is white and nowhere could I find a white battery replacement. But, I went on youtube and brought video up on how to change battery and it was extremely easy.

I bought my V6 SV04 refurbished in 2017. The battery had degraded slowly over time, and then in the past month, would only run for about 60 seconds before quitting. This new battery works great. It did not look like it was the same part, but some parts of it slide into the body of the unit. I only had to deal with two screws, using a small philips head. The one thing that knocked a star off this review is that it does not easily slide into the charging port. It seems like it is the plug hole that is a bit snug. I don't recall having that problem with the factory battery, but I'm still hoping it eases with time.

First off, the product arrived in a clear plastic bag without any packaging and is labeled "power tool battery" on the bottom. As soon as I plugged it in it became extremely hot to the point where i was concerned it would catch fire or explode. It lasts all of about 30 seconds before dying. I don't know how how this has so many positive reviews, because this is junk!

Works perfect. Filters work good for me. Durability, battery life, remain to be seen. But it feels decent in the hand. Very easy to replace the old wore out battery.

I’m very impressed by the similarities of this and the original. It works perfectly fine as soon as it got installed. Vacuum is more potent now. Not sure a reliability but for now it’s honestly just as good as the original. Totally recommended!

After many years of using our rechargeable Dyson vacuum cleaner, the battery just wouldn’t hold a charge for very long anymore. This battery alternative was a GREAT buy. Even though it’s not a Dyson brand battery, this one fits perfectly into the Dyson and holds a long charge. The only small issue I have is that b/c the shape is a little different, it’s tougher to plug into the wall mount charging stand. It’s a tighter fit, but it DOES work, so no complaints. Just thought it was worth mentioning, but it’s certainly NOT a deal breaker!

The battery fits my Dyson D31 handheld, but even after a day of charging, it wouldn’t work. I had put in one of the included filters and when I researched it, I realized the unit wasn’t recognizing the filter. As soon as I put the old one back in, it worked great!
