What cultures are in this?

Welp the ordinary variety one would find in any cottage cheese. The name seems to imply that it may be something else but it just regular cottage cheese just really good in flavor and texture. We buy this brand whenever a store carries it. I really like it. My nutritionist recommended cottage cheese rather than yogurts. Yogurt cultures are harsher on ones digestion.

Where are the ingredients from and where is this made? the label says it's "distributed" in irvine, ca.

My suggestion would be to reach out to the manufacturer on google Im sure you can find a phone number for their customer service. I eat this product almost daily. I love it! As whole foods sells I I assume its ok as they seem to do their homework ..
