No fingerprint biometrics and low volume
It doesn't have the fingerprint biometrics as indicated. The sound system is also unbelievably low and you can hardly hear anything without headsets.

Faulty display
The HP laptop arrived with vertical lines and blotchy areas, including blue horizontal lines—clear signs of internal display damage. This is highly unacceptable and shows poor quality control. Such issues seriously damage trust in both the brand and Amazon. Extremely disappointed.
