Apple 2017 iPad (9.7-inch, WiFi + Cellular, 32GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

We’ve had this since September for my 3 year old and it’s worked great. No issues. It’s durable and light. It runs fast and the screen quality is good. The battery is normal and needs charged about every day in a half.

I’m an indulgent grandmother. Bought 2 of these refurbished 2017 iPads. Silver for 12-year-old grandson, gold for 9-year-old granddaughter. They visit often for weekends & constantly had my iPad & iPhone tied up, playing downloaded games & watching Mr Beast. My son, their father, who is naturally more technologically advanced than me, set up the iPads with restrictions & safety measures. No downloads without parental permission. Texting only with approved friends. And other measures that escape me. After asking several times for permission to take their iPads on outings & being refused, they finally accepted that these iPads will not leave my house. The kids love them, & I love having 100% access to my own equipment when they are visiting.These refurbished iPads were, and are, in excellent condition, & perform like new equipment. The price, at around $100 each, is well worth the expenditure. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases, & I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I got this tablet for my daughter it has been almost on Nov 2023 and it’s working like new, I even got an extra.

Tablet is great . Charger on the other hand stopped working after the 3rd day of having it.

I am writing this from a deployed location overseas, and my war face is twisted with rage right about now.This item was intended as a Christmas gift for my little girl, and after weeks of delays, she received the "refurbished" iPad that will not hold a charge despite being plugged in overnight and uses battery power faster than it can charge. Ergo, this thing is defective and does not fulfill the purpose for which it was intended. I am returning it immediately, and there is no telling how long that will take, and I seriously doubt I will see any of my money back on this debacle of a purchase.After going through multiple attempts to nail down the extremely long shipping time, now I have to deal with a return from 7,000 miles away from home, so yeah, I'm not a happy camper right now, and neither is my little girl.One thing is certain: from here on out I will never knowingly do business with this sorry excuse for a merchant again.

I got this iPad for only a few apps, mostly using it to access my online textbooks and quizzes on the go for college. It came bubble wrapped and secure in a slim box with a charging cable and brick, not Apple branded but still good quality. The appearance is very good, no damage at all to the screen, camera, or back. The only noticeable damage is a small scuff on the corner which is not an issue because it’ll be covered by a case. The battery also does not drain quickly at all which is great, considering that’s a common issue when buying older iPads. Overall great value compared to buying a brand new iPad when all you need it for is a few basic functions.

I bought 4 of 2017 refurbished ipads for my grandchildren for Christmas. They all worked great with the exception of 1 which would shut down when picked up. I communicated with store customer service and they immediately sent a return label and the day they received the iPad, within an hour they sent me the tracking information on the replacement. I haven’t received the replacement yet because of a UPS routing issue (UPS has not been a good experience for me in the past) but I’m hoping I will get this by this weekend. It’s not the Store’s fault for the shipping issue.
