Kreg KMA2685 Rip-Cut Circular Saw Guide

I bought a cheaper one off Amazon which failed miserably over the quality of the securing grub screws which were useless, they failed within a couple of times removing the saw from the frame. So I sent it back and purchased the Kreg one. The Kreg is a much superior quality tool in every way. So pay the extra and go for the Kreg you won't regret it. It's really accurate and can soon rip a 4 ft board in half, so if like me, you like to buy 8x4 sheet material but have to have it delivered because you can't get the width of the board in your car, this is ideal for ripping them into 2 ft widths to slide into the car, if you have the right car that is of course, which I thankfully do. I've also removed and replaced my saw numerous times and the grub screws haven't had any issues, like the cheaper version I previously purchased. So I'm well happy!

Great value for money and a must have for anyone using a circular saw. Perfect consistent cuts every time.

This is a glorified jig really, if you’ve got a good assembly table this should do you pretty well (once you’ve tuned the gauge on it!) but for people who are after a track saw of panel saw and think this may be a cheaper work around I’d say just go for a track saw at the least, it will probably save you money in recurring material at the end of the day

How did I not know about this sooner?! What a brilliant tool! Very easy installation and you can adjust it to your desired size. Feels sturdy and stable when cutting. Absolutely recommending this

Can be a bit fiddly when you are cutting a long piece of wood, need to Make sure it’s pushed flush against the wood all the way

My shed is too small to actually work inside of. So I work out on the patio in front. I have used this to support my all my larger, messier tools like my lathe, table saw, or bench grinder. Nice height for even a shorty like me, light enough and easy enough that if the weather turns on me I can pull inside quickly. So easy to set up I can do it with one hand and a foot. Proved that while showing a friend my new "toy" over a videocall on my phone. Love the built in clamp and available positions. Made it so easy for a tricky cut out with my jig saw on a plywood board.
