This cap gets sooo cold and it only takes about 10 minutes! When you first get it out of the package it has a strong smell but it dissipated quickly. It fit me well, was as comfortable as one of these could be, and seems to be lasting pretty well. Overall it was totally worth it. I would buy it again.

Very good compression mask! The only flaw is that the color bleeds onto any fabric that you lay your head on. My white pillow is now inky black after sleeping in it.

The fit is great, it stays cold for a while especially out of the freezer, also having it in the fridge works well. It's definitely worth it.
