Hair growth
This was for my mom, and she said, it was value the money very vitamin quality. The thickness was not so bad.Stomach upset, not for her.But who knows if people will say otherwise the taste was okay

Bitter taste but not fishy
Not sure if I noticed anything yet. Taken a month now. It’s a bitter taste but I guess it could be worse. It is natural so I will continue to use to really know. It’s less than the other brands and has same ingredients

Helps hair and nails
I have been using this product for about 6-8 months. My hair is thicker and my nails are harder. I told my hair stylist what I was taking and she said keep using it cause it’s working. My hair was staring to thin , in my mid 40’s and love this product

Think it caused cheilosis
Taste is ok, got in place of Mary Ruth’s because it was cheaper, but got a weird skin condition around my mouth! I stopped taking for a few days and it was starting to get better and then started taking it again just to see if that’s what was causing it because it was the only thing new that I started taking and it came back. I can’t say definitively that this caused it, but makes sense.

Love this. Gluten free, sugar free, and the methylated B12 & Folate combo really helps. I notice better hair density and growth already.
