Great for OpnSense firewall
Nicely packaged. Booted OpnSense from USB install stick and installed quickly and without any drama. It's been running for about 2 months and seems to have no trouble managing heat levels. Performance seems to be snappy at everything I'm asking it to do.

Needs a lot of FreeBSD know-how, built like a tank.
Bear in mind, this device will not boot from USB. This is a good thing for a security appliance. This is a bad thing for a home lab where you want to run OPNsense and not PFsense. It’s got a M.2 SSD SATAII drive you can mount in a USB enclosure on FreeBSD, so all hope is not lost. Very, very well made, WiFi ready, tho you have to install your own card and antennae.

Nice pfsense appliance!
excellent product - runs pfsense fast and is quiet and fanless. network performance is on par. aws-ni crypto acceleration functions well. love the hdmi output for convenience. 4 ports is also a good number for a machine of this size and price. they use the igc driver which is stable and well supported.

Worked for four days
Worked fine for four days. Then just stopped responding one morning. It wouldn't even power off. After unplugging it to get it powered down, it then wouldn't power back on. Seems to have just totally bricked itself while ... sitting on a shelf doing very light routing work.

Great PFsense PC
Great unit. It set up great with PFsense. I have been running it on a network with 23 cameras sending data though the firewall since 2022. I have recommended it to many people.

Solid pfSense router 2.5gbe
Came with preinstall pfsense easy to use and set up, solid cooling case for fanless deisgn and not get hot at all

Works great with OPNsense
Loaded with PFsence, i wiped it out and isntall OPNsense, so far it with no problems, everything worked out fine configuring as a firewall. would buy more in the future
