I've been taking this supplement with Maca Root, Fenugreek, Ashwagandha, Ginseng, and Tongkat Ali for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed with the positive changes I've experienced. I was looking for a natural way to boost my energy levels and support my overall vitality, and this blend seems to be doing the trick. One of the first things I noticed was a significant increase in my energy throughout the day. I feel less fatigued and more motivated to tackle my tasks. To be honest Clean Nutra product gives you energy, helps with focus and keeps you in a decent mood. For me if I did not drink enough water like 4 bottles I noticed vaginal discharge changes as well as a bulky under chin area as if thyroid inflammation. I never had issues with or any diagnosis of thyroid problems! Take that into consideration if I hadn't noticed those changes and the price fluctuations in products they have I would be a daily user. Also I only took one pill a day

This 17-in-1 supplement by Clean Nutraceuticals is a powerhouse. 😁 I used this for a couple of months before leaving a review to understand better how this impacted me for any positive or negative changes. Noticed a difference after the week in some obvious ways with better focus, reduced stress, and improved sleep. There were some things I noticed that surprised me I noticed I was not craving junk as much but wanted to snack on actual food such as carrots. Not sure if that is a part of incorporating Fenugreek but was interesting to notice. It’s my 3rd day of taking all these vitamins so I will have to update this in a week or two. The pills for the vitamin D3 are very tiny easy to swallow no foul smell the pills texture are like the fish oil. The probiotic are a bit bigger they do have a miniature smell to them but not bad at all or overpowering. The Maca are thicker in size the smell is a bit more potent but nothing that makes me nauseous at all they do require to drink a full 8oz of water with the maca and the vitamin d3 also a fatty meal is preferable for better results. If you read them or look into them you will find that some vitamins need to be taken separately because taking all sorts of vitamins at the same time takes away or work against each vitamin. So in this case I’m taking multivitamins + collagen maca and vitamin d3 in the AM with a good breakfast and I drink 1-2 8oz of water. Then in the afternoon or at night along with my dinner or lunch I then take the probiotic along with the slippery elmbark. Throughout the day I make it a mission to drink a gallon of water a day.

I like that these are plant medicines as I drink all assorted teas in moderation. I was taking 5htp and decided when finished to try these out. I was looking forward to it. However I noticed some side effects. I started having difficulty breathing and extreme headache. So I thought maybe to take 1 instead of 2 in hopes it would alleviate pain. I'm noticing I'm having difficulty breathing again but no headache. I am going to adjust to eod a d see how that goes. I'm hoping for the best. NOTE: I have lupus and currently am not on treatment as it's unaffordable. It's an ongoing cycle of experimentation of products. If it helps I'm happy and if it doesn't at least I know I tried.
