This arrived today and I am very excited to get started and try many of the wonderful recipes.I bought the 'So Good' book by Emily English last year and it changed my eating habits greatly.I love cooking and for many years I have understood the importance of healthy eating I tried and tested many of the recipes in the first book by Emily and they have all been so incredibly , mouthwatering and tasty and relatively easy to make .I highly recommend this and Emily's first book

Amazing cook book!
Emily is just amazing! I loved her first book & this one is even better. We literally use one of her recipes every day now and spend 15 mins talking about how great she is haha. I have never been a confident cook but now I love being in the kitchen all because she makes it so easy. The best part is that all of the recipes are SO GOOD and mainly healthy!! She deserves all of the success in the world. She totally gets what her audience needs and wants & delivers 100%. Thank you!!

Buy this book and make your stomach happy
Love love love this book. The recipes are easy to follow, ingredients available everywhere and most importantly the meals taste delicious.

Nutritious recipes don’t have to be boring……
Another great cookery book from Emily. We already love cooking but are always on the look out for new weekday recipes that are quick, nutritious and most importantly, not boring. Emily’s recipes give us this! We also like that Emily’s recipes can usually be adapted for different proteins so if you don’t eat meat (like me) you can still all have the same meal as a family. The first recipe we tried from Live To Eat is the Healthy Pad Thai and it was amazing. Can’t wait to try another.

Brilliant book!
I have Emily’s first book and love it. This one is brilliant too, only got it today and already have recipes from it in my family’s meal plan for next week.I love how all of the recipes are so delicious and nutritionally balanced. All things I would eat normally but in a more imaginative way.Looking forward to trying so many of the things in this book as I have never been let down by any of them yet!Would definitely recommend this book, plus the recipes are so easy to follow and never too fussy to make!

Another amazing cookbook from Emily!
I pre-ordered this recipe book as the first book So Good is full of delicious and easy to make recipes. I make Emily’s recipes weekly and I’m glad to see so many amazing recipes to choose from in her second book. I’ve already made the Yogjirt Harissa Chicken with Smoky Ricw, Speedy Glow Salmon bowl. Peanut Butter and Jam blondies (who knew chickpeas could make a dessert), and Healthy Pad Thai, all delicious. I’ve made the Protein French Toast before as I saw the recipe on Instagram and it’s one of our favourite brunch dishes we have regularly. Can’t wait to try more recipes, this book is a must have for anyone who likes tasty, healthy food that makes you feel good. Well done Emily!

Good but not amazing
I've been following Emily on IG for ages now. This book has lovely breakfast and lunch recipes which I am already devouring. Little disappointed in the dinner recipes as the vast majority of the ones included are freely available on her IG page. I was expecting more 'exclusive to the book dinner recipes' I suppose. A little like they ran out of new ideas toward the end of the book but overall still good and will still use.
