This Simpson is an easy starting pressure washer and does a great job of cleaning, no matter what the project.

I got this pressure washer for my father on fathers day he opened it and found it was missing the handle marked G in the picture , hoping i can get that sent to him soon so he can use it...Kind of hard for a 64 yr old to push something with out a handle..Update contacted amazon they can not ship just the handle to correct the problem , there going to ship a whole new unit, then im suppose to ship the old one back. At no cost to me which is good just would make more sense sending me the handle instead.Update they sent a used one from the looks of it oil in the engine and it spilled all over the air filter and the wheel was dented and leaking air.. Gee thanks for sending another half product now i can make one good one.

The company does not stand behind their product! Purchased from Amazon, but Simpson wants you to take the unit 50 miles away to get fixed and most dealers do not want to mess with them either.

Great value and worked perfectly, the hose appears to lack in durability but functions as it should. I would suggest to anyone that this pressure washer is a good buy.

I needed a light weight, powerful and dependable pressure washer. This unit is very well built and packs plenty of punch. The reputation of Honda engines for starting on the first pull is still in tact! Buy this unit....you will not be dissapointed.

PUMP WENT BAD IN 2 YEARS

I have received the Simspson Megashot 300 psi pressure washer. After extensive hours of over research, I decided on this product for my price point, quality, and professional endorsement from another web site. FIrst of all, it is crucial that one reads the instructions and follow manufacture recomendations. Any pressure washer can be difficult to run and keep running if you don' t follow the manual. It seems that all the reviews I read seemed to have a common problem. I assume it was mostly operator error or inexperience.That being said I opened the box, read the manual, assembled with ease, added the oil and gas, attached the hose, and with 1 pull, I was using my pressure wsher with perfection. I would have given this product 5 stars, but I wish the Honda engines had bigger gas tanks. I new this when buying because my mower is a Honda and has a small tank. I did get about 30 min of work before having to refill, and it is almost a welcome break. You can get a lot of work done in that 30 min. Also, garden hose supply connect could stick out a little further to ease connect and disconnect. I solved this by ppurchaseing a $5 hose extension. As long as one follows the manufacturer's protocol for care and storage, I believe this power washer will last a long time.Amazon and the seller were exellent as well. I used it for 5-6 hours today. Always restarting without any issues. I have a lot more wirk planned for it. I will follow up with any problems if I have any. I highly recommend

The unit was received packed in a box that really makes you wonder how the unit made it here in almost one piece. My unit had a broken plastic hook on the left side that I believe is used to hang pressure wand. I would NOT recommend this unit to anyone...THIS UNIT DIE ON THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF USING IT TO CLEAN MY DRIVEWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE.

Machine builds up too much pressure and then will not spray any water through spray gun.Have to turn off machine and let it sit for at least 1/2 hour before it will release pressure and you can start again.Canadian service department do not return calls when messages are left.
