I have been taking it for less than a week. I did notice I didn’t have the afternoon slump the first day I took this. I’m not sure if it was this or something else, but it was the only thing I changed.

Stopped and started again really noticed a difference
Great product. Used before and noticed a difference when I stop for awhile. Glad I started again. Keeps you regular and did notice a difference in the way my close fit. Won't stop again. Try it you will notice a difference

Upset my gut.
I really wanted to love this product. It’s gotten good reviews. I had my thyroid removed 10 years ago and I take levothyroxin. I’m an older adult and my metabolism is slow so I had hoped this would work well for me. However it gives me horrible diarrhea. I eat healthy so it’s not reacting with my diet. I was taking the recommended 3 capsules a day and every day I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. So after 4 miserable days I stopped taking them and my stomach immediately calmed down. I waited a week then cut down to 2 capsules. Again cramps and diarrhea. Don’t think I’m willing to try a single capsule a day. This just did not agree with me.

I have been wanting to try this product and was excited to doit when it was 20% off. I noticed I do not gain weight since taking these but I have not lost any either. I have been taking these a month now.

I've been using it a month and following the diet plan. It works. I'm down almost 10 pounds. I'll keep using it until I get down to my target weight.

Good aid in assisting with weight loss
