Great hydration
Love the flavor and the hydration. I use one packet a day when I’m working outside. This also helps for me , in migraine prevention.

Great hydration (if you're not taking a multivitamin)
As a fan of Celsius canned beverages, the hydration powder is a welcome addition. The only thing keeping this from 5-stars is the high, somewhat excessive amounts of each vitamin/mineral. If you're taking a one a day multivitamin, this is probably overkill. Wish they had a LMNT like version which is salt/potassium only focused. Nevertheless this tastes great and is worth a buy.

Good for pregaming and preventing sluggishness
If anyone is active with sports or workouts in your home this is highly recommended. Used before long days when knew normally would be drained, but felt great along with more energy when using this. Son also used during sports season for school. He said it really help him to stay hydrated and not cramp as much once started taking.
