Misleading Product, No Manufacturer Warranty, Possible Quality Issues, and Refund Request Denied
I purchased this laptop on Amazon expecting a reliable, fully supported product. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Just two months after receiving the laptop, it suddenly stopped charging. When I checked the Lenovo website, I discovered that the device had less than 30 days remaining on the original warranty and to my surprise, it was listed as a unit intended for sale in Nigeria. Lenovo confirmed they would not honor the warranty because the product was not meant for the U.S. market. This not only raises questions about misrepresentation but also about potential quality issues, as the device failed so quickly. I requested a full refund, considering the misleading nature of the product and the inconvenience I faced, but my request was denied. Amazon's return policy window had closed, and customer service would not assist further despite the circumstances.Instead, I was directed to the seller, who eventually arranged for a repair. While I appreciate that the seller provided a prepaid shipping label and returned the device after the repair, the underlying concerns remain unresolved: Amazon allowed a third party seller to list and sell a laptop with a regional warranty invalid in the U.S., with no clear disclosure of this fact. This is misleading and unfair to customers. I paid a significant amount expecting a new, U.S.-warranted product not one meant for a different market. It’s even more disappointing that Amazon customer service refused to step in meaningfully when I asked for help or a refund.Buyers beware: always verify warranty coverage, product origin, and potential quality issues before buying electronics on Amazon. I hope Amazon takes responsibility and implements stricter oversight of sellers to prevent similar situations for future customers.

Terrific buy
This was a real bargain at $350. Having 32G of RAM is fantastic! The only improvement I could recommend would be a touch screen, but that is trivial compared to the speed and ease of use. I'm more than pleased with this purchase.

Great home, school, or work computer!
I bought 3 of these for my kids to use for home school. I like that the screens are easier on their eyes. Many features here that are great for home and school use. Extremely light weight! Great price!Would buy again and recommend!

good for everyday non streaming use
Picked this up 'cause I needed a basic laptop for everyday stuff—nothing crazy, just emails, web browsing, and a bit of video watching. It’s got a clean look, not too bulky, and the screen’s a good size at 15 inches. The anti-glare thing actually helps too, especially when I’m near a window during the day.The storage and memory are solid—tons of space and it runs pretty smooth with all that RAM. I can open a bunch of tabs without it freezing up, which used to happen on my old laptop all the time. Windows 11 Pro came preloaded, so I didn’t have to mess around setting it up too much. Pretty much plug in, log on, and go.It’s not the fastest thing in the world though. The processor's kind of basic, so don’t expect it to handle gaming or heavy stuff like video editing. Also, the speakers are just okay—kinda tinny, so I usually plug in headphones if I’m watching something. But for the price, it’s a solid pick. It does what I need, doesn’t take forever to boot up, and has an Ethernet port, which is actually kinda rare these days. If you just want something simple and reliable for school, work, or regular life stuff, this one’s not bad at all.

Not a good value if over $250 although it's cheap.
Received a laptop that was open box but got a good deal, so I kept it. Computer works well but not very powerful. It won't run any type of video game whatsoever. It couldn't handle Microsoft X simulator at any level. It does however function as a basic laptop. The 32 megs of ram and 1 tb hard drive make it run as well as it possibly can; it would be a slug if it had any less. Overall, it's basic, as basic as you'd want. I ended up buying MS Office and made it a decent setup. If I were to buy it again, I'd choose a more powerful setup. Remember, sometimes it's better to wait than get a subpar setup such as this one. I'd suggest spending $100 more and finding a full Intel chip or AMD and forego the Intel Celeron at any cost. I've been through this before but I forgot how sluggish the Celeron processors are. If you are limited, it's not a bad computer. Be careful bc Amazon will show it's a $500 computer on sale. It was never a $500 computer but for some reason it has a slash and discounted amount. Now, the regular price is what it was marked on sale. It's a good computer for $250 or less.

Bad product bad customer service!
I bought this item less than 3 weeks ago! Seems like the computer is slow and had some problems turning it on. Today I went to turn it on and it’s in recovery mode! I trying to get a refund on this product cause it’s messing up and it’s less than a month old. I only use this product strictly for school only! They only want to help me recover this product! I would not rec this computer or buying from this seller at all!
