SAKURA XLP25 25-Piece Cray-Pas Expressionist Oil Pastel Set, Assorted Color

Phenomenal gift for the artist in my life. They have been looking forward to getting these for a long time and, unsurprisingly, are still impressed by the quality. According to them, he's giving rake shading and layering colors for backgrounds much easier, especially the various greens for foliage. Amazing spectrum of colors and very adorable material!

Better than crayons.

Bought these during quarantine as a way to keep my creative spirit flowing. Overall, I've really enjoyed using them. This was my first time with oil pastels. They blurred a little more than I thought and are very soft. It takes some care to keep unwanted colors overlapping, yet these blend very well. The pastels were very bright and the variety of colors provided was great! Just enough to get a beginner started.

Beautiful array of colors. Arrived quickly

This type of Cray Paz oil pastels are very good—for the money. They blend, without descending into a poop color, better than Erengi oil pastels, but they are definitely not as good as Sennelier oil pastels. ( See attached photo.) They are worthwhile for the money spent to buy them. Actually, depending on what you are trying to do the Erengi oil pastels are also worth their cost.

Really decent quality. They don’t have a tip/point so that makes it a little hard to do quality line work at first but these are fantastic for the price. They glide and blend well.

I bought these pastels for a beginner’s art class and I found the quality to be great. The colors blend really nicely together and I found them easy to work with.

Love theses! I’ve used different oil pastels before, crayola (just don’t), And Pentels. I love these, easy to blend, and not messy! I’m one of those who does art and I have paint and marks all over my hands and face. My friends totally joke about it. But these my hands did not look like I been doing anything, definitely not blending. When I used the crayola I had green all over my face and hands. Pentels are a good brand too but I have fallen in love with these. I’m super happy!

New to pastels. But find these are easy to use. Vibrant colours.

No puedo comparar con otras marcas porque son los primeros pasteles al óleo que compro. Me gustó la textura. la saturación de los colores y el hecho de que es muy fácil limpiarse los dedos a pesar de ser óleo. Encontré que al final los colores se hacen pocos. Para mi gusto falta por lo menos un turquesa y algún otro rosado. El blanco se gastó muy rápido al aclarar algunos colores porque vienen muy pocos colores claros.

Diese weiche Pastellen sind wirklich gute Qualität. Kräftige Farben. gut vermischbar. Decken prima. Halten einen gewissen Druck aus. Ich habe die nächste Dose bereits im Einkaufswagen getan.
