I have substantial hearing loss while my wife has perfect hearing. This soundbar is the perfect solution. Unaltered sound out of the box was very clear and crisp. Remote was comfortable and easy to use. One button shaped the sound so we were both comfortable with the setting. Once set we could use the TV remote for all other functions. Dropped one star for installation issues. Came without a manual. On screen walkthrough terminology was not always clear and the specific online configuration instructions for my Samsung TV were ambiguous. Extremely easy to set up and operate, and it has excellent sound. I'm hearing impaired, and I can watch a movie and understand the dialogue for the first time in years without captions. The soundbar automatically synchs with the TV as well, so you only need to adjust the volume with the TV remote once the soundbar's initial volume level is set.

Good job for voice.

Simple to install, and the voices are more distinct than our older soundbar. Really like the smaller footprint.
