Unit includes all needed items.
Unlike other reviews have stated, this item DOES include the air distribution box. You do not need to order it separately.Install was straightforward and unit cools well and uses significantly less power than the Coleman Mach 3PS it replaced. The instructions are a little confusing in that the hardware included does not match the descriptions, but they provide everything you need to get up and running.

Furrion said no warranty not authorized seller
My neighbor bought the ducted unit and i bought the non ducted. He had a problem withbone of the mounting bolts. They were going to send him a replacement but said this seller is not authorized so there is no warranty. Recommend checking this out before purchasing

ordered this and had it scheduled only to find it was the unit only!!!! none of the remote and inside parts are included … you buy that separate !!! the device itself works great!! they just gotta let you know that you buy the parts separate and all will be right with the world

Non Ducted
I purchased this AC as a secondary unit for my 5th wheel and I am so impressed by the performance that I will be replacing my main with the ducted version. It is super quiet! Love it!

Product does not match the description. All items are not included.
I ordered this Furrion Chill Cube as a complete package. The product description is misleading, stating you receive the air conditioner, distribution. The following is copied and pasted from the product description: Low-profile air distribution box with a motorized vent for even airflow (non-ducted units only).The instructions that come in the box also say that the accessories are supposed to be included.

Game Changer
Please know up-front that I just installed this yesterday, so this is an early review. This unit is an improvement in just about every way over the 15k BTU Coleman Mach it replaced - power usage, noise level, cooling capacity. My batteries & solar could run the Mach for about 3 hours. Yesterday, during my initial tests, my 1200 watts of roof-mounted solar was keeping up with what the Chill Cube was drawing. The batteries never moved off of 100%.
