Urgent: Request for Return/Replacement – Poor Quality and Non-Functional Product
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase made through your platform. The product I received is of thirrd rate quality, and to make matters worse, the left-side earbud is not even working. This is completely unacceptable.There is no return or replacement option available, which is both surprising and disappointing. It is not acceptable for a company like Amazon to deny customers the right to return or replace a defective or poor-quality product. If a customer is not satisfied with the quality, especially when the product is faulty, they should absolutely be entitled to a return or replacement. This is a basic standard of customer service and consumer rights.I feel cheated and frustrated, and I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Either arrange a full refund or an exchange with a properly functioning and quality-assured product. I will not accept anything less.Please take this matter seriously. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience is pushing me to reconsider using Amazon for future purchases.Looking forward to your immediate action.

Design is quite good.Plastic material is not so comfort to use .Sound quality is just average, at full sound the buds will vibrate on ears which is very horrible.Not much recommend for music lovers.Battery is average gives around 15 to 20 hours mix of music and calls.Connectivity is bit ok.Not worth the price
