This Vanilla paste is wonderful. It has a hint of alcohol, but very subtile and actually deepens the overall aroma. It is great!

I use this mainly for my Victoria sponge cake. The paste is very good quality, requiring less paste than the others I’ve tried. Last well in an opened jar Well worth the money imho
