It feels really good on your knee and will not slide down on your leg but is really soft and smooth. At first it is shockingly cold but quickly becomes almost unnoticeable to your leg. It makes you wonder if it is still cold but when it is removed 20 or 3 minutes later, you will be amazed at how cold your knee and leg is‼️ I highly recommend this sleeve.

Very cold, feels nice when it’s on, But it doesn’t stay cold very long. Maybe about 20 minutes. I was hoping it would last a lot longer
