This has all the best features. It charges fast, is lightweight, perfect for purse carry and easy operation. The features preventing an assailant from taking it from you and/or using against you are amazing. Reasonable price is a plus too.

Great product. Very durable and easy to carry. Looks like a phone or flashlight. Always have the strap around my wrist so no one can take it from me. Just the sound if it scares off animals. Essential when walking my small dog.

Fits the hand like a glove, the safety features for this was made with perfection and this little guy is exactly what I expected it to be! The light is bright enough, especially since no one bought this to use as a flashlight, and there is a red light indicator that lights up so you know it is ready to "zap".I bought this simply because we are in an odd time as far as public safety goes. As a female living in California, I like to walk around and feel safe. I have experience in self defense tactics and have no problems using what I know if it ever should come to it. But there are times when you question just how good the things you have learned will be good enough. Especially if I'm alone. Shortly after I purchased this item, I had a little "issue" in a Walmart parking lot, and I actually forgot that I had this on me! I was able to get the man to back down and see that I was "not an easy target", and after making it home safely without incident (except some LOUD choice words from my end), it was only then that I realized I had weapons on me. (whoopsie).I am writing this review now because I recently took this out while I was watering my back pasture and accidentally forgot to turn the unit completely off. I used the flashlight to find the stupid nozzle that I dropped. Well I bent over & gave myself quite the UNPLEASANT zap. All I can say is this thing is tiny but MIGHTY powerful. I don't know if I will ever use this on someone, but God help THEM if the day ever does come!! I read the "instructions" on the manufacturers website & let's just say that I'll gladly follow instructions then quickly be back on my way! In today's day, a girl my size can never be over prepared, and I would rather have options than feel limited. (I wouldn't recommend trying this on yourself in advance!! I can promise the biggest man that even he would regret that decision!) As I'm writing this I am expecting 2 more to arrive tomorrow :)

loud and effective. Comes with a simple pouch for wearing on your belt. It works pretty well. It is fun to click it on and see people jump! Again - loud! Easy to conceal under a shirt or jacket. Quality seems good, but as with any product, time will tell. Black color seems appropriate. The plug in is not one of the standard ones you might find with other products, so don't lose it!

works great so far ... the last two that I purchased only worked for about a year. Both of them weren't worth the money. Wouldn't even charge properly. Light always stayed red.

Very impressive item. Flashlight is useful for walks at night, getting to car in dark garage - stun/zapper, I haven't had to use but am pretty sure that this would be useful if I get attacked. It definitely scares away dogs, which is another bonus. Great company, great customer service - highly recommended!!

The 4 stars is not because of product reliability, its a rating that encompasses the product as a whole. If I was just rating the Stun Gun itself, it would have gotten full 5 stars. This unit can paralyze the attacker when used correctly. I bought several of these to place in every room of my home where visitors can't see them, but should someone break in, any one of my family can quickly access one allowing time to get even stronger protection if needed. One of the best things about buying these from Amazon is the fact they were able to ship them the same day which my family needed desperately because earlier that day an attempt was made to pry our back door open as the thief/robber had assumed no one was home. The fact we were able to get these the same day, gave my family the peace of mind so we could sleep soundly, knowing had they returned, they would be in for a big surprise.Now, the reason for the 4 stars, the holder it comes with that allows you to attach it to a belt, is extremely weak. The first one broke in under 2 hours, the second one I tried out tore in under 15 minutes. This is extremely bad if your trying to carry one on you, as if it breaks it will drop allowing just about anyone to pick it up, and the last thing you need is the person breaking in to get their hands on it and use it against you. There are plenty of holsters available that will hold this unit, so highly suggest if your looking for a reliable stun gun, to get this model and buy a holster separately.Modifying review 3/21/2017. Despite the fact the holder is extremely bad, and I highly suggest getting a better holder for it, this Stun Gun is definitely extremely reliable. Not only is it good against intruders, discovered its great against vicious dogs as well. Found out painfully first hand. Got a call from my shipper that they can't deliver my shipment until I put my dog away. I don't own a dog so assumed the carrier had gone to the wrong house, that was until I go to open the door and a huge dog tries pushing its way in. Definitely non friendly. I couldn't get the door closed, so reached for the stun gun and pressing the button at the same time trying to make contact with the dog without getting bitten, obviously made contact by the sound the dog made and at the same time got paralyzed myself because in the panic, I stupidly had my hand on the metal band that snakes itself 1/4 way down the Taser. Be careful of this btw. Owner of the dog came by not long after. Seems someone tried getting into their home and let the dog out. The dog is fine, but definitely wary of me and I'm just waiting for the feeling to return to my arm. The feeling is worse than accidentally touching the prong of a plug while plugging it in and definitely debilitating. If this company makes projectile ones, I'm definitely going to buy 2.
