Customer service is amazing! First product came damaged and they reached out to me by email to apologize and to tell me to keep it. I gave it to a friend, who fixed it and likes it. Then when they replaced it, they sent 2 by mistake. Keep the extra, I was told! So another friend will get a nice gift.And it is a nice gift, a very nice item, very good quality. I work as a security guard and my tactical boots get very dirty, sometimes muddy, and I have to clean them before I step foot into my apartment. I come home with my hands full, so being able to put one foot on that step plate and clean one boot then repeat with the other boot is awesome!The only issue I have is it is difficult to clean the toes of my boots. I wish they had something in the front with more brushiness. I have to turn my feet to the side in an awkward position to get the toes clean and that's where I get a lot of mud.

Effective as expected
It arrived in a box and I had already read some assembly required; even so, After taking it out of the box, I tried to fold down the outer arms. It looked like it would work but it was difficult. Do NOT DO THIS! Assembly instructions should be immediately visible telling me to unscrew the large threaded nuts holding the outer arms on the unit body, flip the arms around to the correct position and hold them in place by screwing in the large threaded nuts. I was able to hammer out the bent metal and finish assembling the unit. It works great for my 12W shoes.

Heavy duty. Been outside for a year and still in perfect shape. It's kinda snug for us sized 14 extra wide boots.
