For 9 days I started suffering with cluster headaches, normally when I went to sleep. These where so extreme I went to the doctors, my eye actually watered through the pain. The very first night I used a nose plaster the headache went, I slept for a straight 8 hours. I actually enjoy putting one on around 7pm and instantly your nose feels amazing. What happened to me may of been a coincidence, but its now been 3 nights and sleeping perfectly not a single headache and a clear nose.Maybe this is a magical product who knows.

Really helped improve breathing at night, although can be quite painful to remove

After my first night I noticed a difference in how open my nasal passages felt. Straight away felt like more air could get in.I am trying to reduce mouth breathing as it disturbs my wife and is not supposed to be as good for you as nasal breathing.The strips stayed stuck until I woke and I have slightly oily (but healthy) skin.I didn’t notice any residue left after removal, but obviously washed my face after.Going to start using some mouth tape as well, just to enhance the effect!

I got these hoping for a big improvement in my breathing at night, but honestly, they’re just okay. They do open up my nose slightly, but not as much as I expected, and they don’t make a huge difference in my sleep quality.They stick well and stay on all night, which is good, but removing them can be uncomfortable and leaves a bit of redness. I tried the Breathe Right Beige Large (30 Pieces) Nasal Strips, but unfortunately, they did not work for me. I noticed no improvement or relief while using them, despite following the instructions carefully. Everyone’s experience may vary, but in my case, the product was ineffective and quite disappointing.

They stick well, assuming you wash any oils etc from your nose. They do appear to open your nasal cavities up. They help with my cpap therapy.

Excellent for clear breathing and reducing snoring.
