The Perfect Landry Helper
UPDATEAfter a quick email to Fox Valley Traders, a package arrived today with the correct sized liner. It fits perfectly. Very easy to slip over the handles and stays firmly. This is go into be great not just for laundry but all kinds of things that have to move from room to room.A big thank you to Fox Valley Traders for the fast, no-hassle response. The frame was very easy to assemble, but the liner simply does not fit. It is either sewn incorrectly or was sized for a different frame. Either way, it’s useless. I’ve contacted the seller to request the proper size. Stay tuned…

**Updated my original 1 star to 5 stars for customer service**
Very bad quality. The plastic casters fall off. When stored, or collapsed, the casters get caught on each other and it doesn't roll very well either. The bag for the laundry is flimsy and sewn inside out. I'm going to try to get a refund on this. **UPDATE** seller rectified my issues with this product, 5 stars for customer service, sadly 1 star for product

I have some places where I would like to wheel it from a linoleum floor onto a ...
I have been using this cart for about a month. In my opinion it is both poorly designed and poorly made. It also does not match the sales photo which shows a cart with pockets to carry odds and ends. It has no such pockets. It has two major design deficiencies. First, the swivel wheels are too small to allow it to wheel up past small changes in floor height. I have some places where I would like to wheel it from a linoleum floor onto a rug. Can't be done, you must lift it. Second, when you fold it up for storage the wheels and legs tangle up. To untangle them you must remove the cloth basket [or else it will fall off when you do the next step], turn the cart upside down, untangle the wheels/legs, turn the cart right-side up without allowing the wheels/legs to tangle again, and reinstall the cloth basket. The shorter you are, the harder this is to do.Cart construction leaves much to be desired. The frame is 1/2", thin wall, aluminum tube and has no lateral support so that the cart shivers and shakes in all directions when you move it. The swivel wheels are installed by pushing a plastic tang on the wheel assembly into the end of the frames aluminum tube. They have a tendency to fall out whenever to lift the cart. Here the thin wall tube works to your advantage because you can use a pair of pliers to pinch the tube and thus make it harder for the wheel assembly to fall out. The cloth basket is made from very thin material. The dozens of loose sewing threads hanging from the seams suggest that the bag will not survive very many washings.All-in-all, this product can best be described as "cheap and flimsy".

Like it so well, I'm buying another!
I have had this same cart for 4 1/2 yrs and it is still going strong. OK not the most sturdy thing, I only use it indoors on hardwood floors but it does the job. I'm 81 with a bad back and needed something where I didn't have to bend down to retrieve laundry and this is the only thing that fits the bill. My mother had one like it for over 40 years. Yeah, the wheels could be improved but the one that doesn't work so well slides over the hardwood floors quite nicely and sometimes actually does work. I'm buying another for a friend so the dear girl will keep her cotton pickin' hands off of mine.

One Year UPDATE
I actually like this item but I will agree with others that it's not as sturdy as it could be. It also doesn't seem like it will hold up as I roll it across the tile in my house. The wheels don't glide smoothly either. But it does and so far after a few months, it's still going strong. I ordered 2 of them but one didn't have the cloth basket in the box so Miles Kimball replaced it quickly and without questions. Very pleased at the customer service. As far as clothes weight, I have filled these up to the top and had no problem with either the cloth basket giving way or the metal legs buckling. I recommend this product despite its clumsy feel. I rated it 3 stars only because of that unsteady feel to it, crummy wheels and that the item was missing the cloth basket. If you have back problems, elderly or just hate dragging those hampers around then don't hesitate. These work fine.UPDATE:After a year of use I decided to let potential buyers know what they’re getting.I’ll keep the rating of 3 stars because the cart is still fully functional and I’m impressed with how much weight it holds. As well, in my initial review, I also mentioned that it was very flimsy. Well, it still is flimsy and the wheels aren’t smooth rolling so that’s the reason for keeping just 3 stars. Also, as some reviewers have said, the wheels keep falling off. I’ve only one wheel that keeps falling off and it’s very annoying but easily repaired for a short time. It doesn’t roll easily nor does it feel or sturdy but it has been holding up after a year regular use.I will say that the metal hasn’t buckled either as some have said. Folding it is strange though as it doesn’t fold all the way flat because that when it does feel like it is stressing the metal at the cross link.I still recommend this cart for folks who can’t bend easily and need a raised basket.

Mom Loves It
My 80 year old Mom loves this. She is in assisted living and likes to do her own laundry, but it is a little bit of a walk down the hall. Carrying a basket is not an option and bending low to pull things out of other types of wheeled laundry baskets is difficult. This is perfect. She throws her clothes in, wheels down to the laundry room and even washes the material basket with her laundry. This is a great little basket.
