Wire Harness way to small, Ring came in sections didn't line up, no way to communicate
I bought this chandelier in February and due to a remodel I was unable to hang it. I attempted to hang it today and I realized that the ring came in separate pieces and you can clearly see the breaks in the ring. I had bought an extension set chain because I have extremely high ceilings but also the wire harness included was way too small so I was unable to hang this fixture at the correct height. If I could get a single piece ring and a longer wire harness I would rate this item as five stars*Updated*Manufacturer is sending me a new electrical line. I am going to attempt changing the ring orientation to fix gaps. Please stay tuned

Broke on install
We love it, except it broke under its own weight while installing. The bottom of the main post sheared off and broke. My husband was able to find a hardware store fix, but it has never hung straight. And unfortunately I ordered it at the beginning of our project and was outside of their window for help. It is cumbersome to put together and hang, and then to break, and tilt was disheartening.

Warped
I ordered this but seems to be walked and not even. I love the look and the design but its obvious that it’s not even all the way around. I’m not sure if that’s because how I put it together or is the band warped.
