This is an amazing fan. Quiet and puts out some great wind. I use it in my bedroom and living room. I came back to buy another one so I don’t have to unplug it all the time. I’ve been using nonstop for two months with no issues. Sturdy thick plastic material.

Great power and it really does move the air in small places. Quiet as well, with the fan sound being smooth. We use it in a hall where circulation helps keep the thermostat from kicking the air conditioning on unnecessarily. The movement has kept our electric bill steady in the summers.

It costs more than the Amazon basics fan with the inefficient shaded pole motor. If you're trying to stay cool, less heat from your fan motor is good, but the difference is only about 30W. This new Dreo 11" model with 7" fan blade 5" depth is $10 less than the older 12" model with 7" depth and a deeper fan blade plus ball bearings. This model stops spinning faster, and the air spreads out faster. The 12" model has more concentrated airflow. Both fans are made so they can be opened for cleaning, instead of replacing. This model adds a handle for easy pickup, and the speed control is easily reached behind the motor. A good choice for a 11" tall ac powered fan. The base is 5.5" deep x 6.5" wide can be prone to tipping back if placed on a soft surface like a cushion. A 9" diameter piece of signboard mounted on the base prevents tipping on soft surfaces. 9" is the same size as the base of the 12" Dreo fan.

The size is perfect on a dresser. Really quiet but still satisfies my need for white noise. Good price. Won't blow you out of bed but good enough to cool you down a bit.

I love our new fan. I might sound a little silly, but I swear it blows cooler than a regular fan. Having the remote is icing on the cake! Best fan I’ve ever purchased. It’s also light enough to take to the kitchen while I’m cooking.

Whoever thought putting the controls on the back of a desk fan obviously never used one. I'm surprised at Dreo for doing this as my other fans are much more user friendly. I wanted something small for my nightstand for those nights that just need a little something extra instead of turning on the ac. With the controls at the back, I have to pull the fan off the nightstand to get to them whereas if they were in front or located on top of the fan, I could easily reach them. It does the job I expect from a Dreo product, but I would suggest keeping in mind the design when determining how you plan to use it.

The template that is included was a big help! I mounted mine on a wall next to my nightstand. The switch for the fan is in a bad spot to easily access it but it’s not the end of the world. The fan is quiet and provides good air movement from 3’ away. At 8’ away I couldn’t feel anything so I moved it closer. The cord is short in my opinion but nothing an extension cord didn’t fix.
