Wanted multiple phones that I could hook to headsets with all the other features (voice mail, etc) This is an upgrade from my older panasonic. Looks good and works well with panasonic headsets.

Works good. Has a slight echo echo sometimes. Wish I could have got 2 or 3 instead of 5!

two charging cradles stopped working within 4 months
We have used Panasonic Telephone systems for many years. I bought this one thinking it would work for years like our last system, but two of the charging cradles stopped working withing 4 months. The only thing I can do is send them in for warranty work ($ out of my pocket) and they can't even tell me about how long it will take.I am giving it two stars since it's expendable - we were able to add a phone from our old system to this one making it have six handsets instead of just five.
