One Speaker is not working

Hi Team, I had orders new ERIS 5BT nd Gen monitor on 20th April 205 from Amazon and received the same by 22nd night, I was not able to play the speakers much, as went out of town for some days, On 1st May I was trying to play some music, I found the left speaker(control panel) is not working, below is the serial number, It' quite surprising that with in 10 days it is having this issue, even it was idle most of the time. connected with Presonus support they are asking to connect with dealer, I am stuck, don't know what to do.
