Decent couch for the price. Got this one because I liked the diagonal pattern on it. I've had it a bit over a year. The seat was pretty stiff at first, but loosened up with use. There is a hard support section in the middle of the seat area. If you plan to use it as a futon, I would advise getting some kind of thick padding to put on top. I wish the back was a little higher, but it works for me for now. It was pretty easy to put together. I put it together by myself and was just careful about getting it set upright so I didn't stress out the legs. (The instructions highly encourage having another person for setting it upright after putting the legs on, but I didn't.) I expect it will last several years of wear in my household that currently has no pets, no kids, and isn't hard on things. I got the "snow" color and keep a throw on it for sitting on because I often wear dark wash jeans that have a tendency to leave color on fabrics.

First, let me say that the color is beautiful and the fabric is nice and soft. However, when lying down, it has a good size dip in it if a person wants to sleep in the middle. If it were me, I'd be on one side and my doggos on the other! I'm sure this could be easily resolved with a semi-firm mattress pad? I had purchased this for an older family member to use on her visits and unfortunately, it was too firm for her and I want her comfy! If one likes a good FIRM bed, this will work. You can easily remove the arm from one end to accommodate a taller person. This said, I bet kids would love it! Great for sleepovers! We had something similar to this at the family farmhouse growing up and we loved making it flat, then piling a bunch of pillows and blankets on it and watching TV! The most impressive thing about the couch is the Customer Service! I was concerned about the return based on another customers comments about the return fees. However, I followed their return procedure and Balvinder was a gem and assisted me in getting pre-paid return labels and explained their return process. Easy peasy lemon squeezey! I give Customer Service 5-Stars! The couch gets 4-Stars. It's just too firm for our liking.

As a sofa, it’s not very soft.

Setup was a breeze. Two boxes, parts inside the sofa seemed like everything was perfect for my small space. As I positioned Chloe into my space, added some decorative pillows, and a nice throw a tear formed as I thought I had just completed the perfect room. Then I used it. This thing is cruel. You'll get by if you avoid any of the divisions and stay on one cushion at a time but the second you want to really put this thing through it's sofa bed paces it's over. A few days after putting it together I decided I'd give the bed functionality out for a spin. Like setup, the transformation from couch to bed is easy as can be. Within minutes I created a rather inviting but small looking bed in my living room. The sleeping part is punishment. I've made mistakes in my life but I don't think any of them warrant them pain of sleeping one night with Chloe. I've been more comfortable camping on a cot than this thing. Every crevice seemingly exists to maximize discomfort. The edges are hard as can be. Combined with the sinking of the cushions they kind of feel like they are protruding out and specifically designed to torture you. I've had others give me feedback such as: "Why did you buy this?" "I think you should stop buying stuff online" "I never want to sleep on that again" I've already purchased a new couch after only two months of use. I told my ex-wife the couch is actually really great and I'm giving it to her.

The couch is sturdy, attractive and was easy to put together. We haven’t had anyone sleep on it yet, but it feels very comfortable to sit on currently. The most amazing thing about this couch is how easy it is to keep clean! I have two toddlers, and so far everything they’ve gotten on it has been removed without a trace (we use a white terry cloth towel and a gentle fabric cleaner) - so if you’re looking for a white couch when you really shouldn’t be, then this is a great option for you! Granted for this price point, we aren’t expecting it to last forever or even more than a few years, but definitely exceeds expectations thus far. The only reason I removed a star is because the back of the sofa is not upholstered in the white velvet-like material, and the black material they’ve used is a little cheap looking. But if you are planning to have this couch against the wall, or plan to use a throw over the couch then it’s not an issue - and again still a worthwhile buy considering the price.
